The company ecoCasa was founded in 2001 by the specialist journal editor Thomas Schmitz. The purpose of the company is the professional and strategic consulting of associations and companies in the field of ecologically sustainable construction and urban development as well as the provision of communication services. The company ecoCasa is a founding member of natureplus e.V. and was temporarily in charge of the natureplus office. The company ecoCasa is also a member of the natureplus criteria commission.
