The construction industry is facing major challenges. The German government wants to build 400,000 new homes a year - in line with climate and resource protection targets. The transformation of the construction sector is inevitable and - that's the good news - possible. Whether building in the existing stock, building in a cycle or merely "simple building" - building must be rethought and implemented.
Within the framework of the natureplus conference with the motto "Re.Think Building - How sustainable materials advance a simple, low tech, circular construction", the potential of renewable and resource-saving materials and circular low-tech construction methods for (re)building, adding storeys and renovating will be discussed and illustrated by concrete project examples.

at the Quadriga Forum in Berlin
The conference is aimed at planners and architects as well as political decision-makers in building authorities and administration. There will also be a material show, where manufacturers will present building materials and material solutions. The conference languages are English and German.
